[pgcon-volunteers] Tasks to be done

The following is a list of tasks that need doing.  This list will be printed and available at the registration desk.  Sign up there.

Everyone is expected to help with registration pack assembly on Wednesday.  That should take 60-90 minutes.

We also need all hands on deck for transferring the gear to the Royal Oak on Wednesday afternoon.

The power cords etc should take about 10-15 minutes.  Same with signs.  :)

Tuesday
8:30 am – set up extension cords and power strips in MRT 212 & tape PGCon signs to doors
4:00 pm – pack up extension cords & power strips from MRT 212

Wednesday
8:30 am – set up extension cords and power strips in MRT 212 & tape PGCon signs to doors
11:00 am – registration pack assembly, meet outside MRT 219
12:15 pm – change the PGCon signs on doors
1:30 - if registration packs are done, transfer everything to Royal Oak Laurier for lunch/drinks (stay until late….)
4:00 pm – pack up extension cords & power strips from MRT 212

Thursday
all day - help out at registration desk - one person at a time
8:30 am – set up extension cords and power strips in MRT 212, 218, and 219 & put schedules up
11:30 am – guard the lunches until noon and then make sure only people with badges pick up
11:45 am - possible mercy dash to Freshii for more food.
3:45 pm – pack up extension cords & power strips from MRT 212 & MRT 219
5:10 pm – pack up extension cords & power strips from MRT 218

Friday
all day - help out at registration desk - one person at a time
8:30 am – set up extension cords and power strips in MRT 218, and 219 & put schedules up
11:45 am - possible mercy dash to Freshii for more food.
noon – guard the lunches until 12:30 and then make sure only people with badges pick up
5:30 pm – pack up extension cords & power strips from MRT 212
After closing session – pack up extension cords & power strips from MRT 218
