[pgcon-announce] Residence rate code deadline

Hello,

Please book your PGCon 2023 accommodation early. It's a busy time in Ottawa.

In particular , the on-campus Rate code (PGBSD2023) is guaranteed until April 1st, 2023 (that's this coming Saturday).  UOttawa may or may not honour that rate after that date, depending on availability; see URL below.
