[pgcon-announce] PGCon 2015 list of talks (but not tutorials)

Every year, the task of selecting the talks gets harder.  This year is no exception.  However, you will find that the talks themselves are indeed exceptional.

Recently we told you that the selection process has been delayed, but now we have selected the talks. Speakers have been notified. 

NOTE: we have not selected tutorials. We hope to have tutorials decided by 13 March 2015.
