[pgcon-announce] PGCon 2013 registration is now open

Registration for PGCon 2013 is now open.

But really, it's been open for about two weeks now.  Quietly.  And people have
been signing up.  Lots of people.  We are impressed.

We have a wonderful lineup for 2013 and we are sure you'll be as excited

ACCOMMODATION IS VERY LIMITED THIS YEAR

Please register as soon as you can to avoid  disappointment.  Accommodation
is filling up very quickly.  People have been booking their tickets before
