[pgcon-announce] HEADS UP - schedule changes

As previously mentioned, we have made some schedule changes.

This is a brief summary of the changes:

-  Thursday ends earlier.  No need to rush off to the social events before the talks finish.  There will be plenty of time.

- Friday starts earlier.  One hour earlier.  You'll be fine.  And you won't want to miss those talks.
