[pgcon-announce] PGConf.de 2011

Hi all,

looks like I did a small mistake and sent Dan the wrong date for the 
closing session.

PGConf.DE 2011 takes place in November and not as announced in October.
The date is November 11.

PGConf.EU 2011, the European edition, takes place in October.
