[pgcon-announce] Registration packs

Hello,

You can pick up your registration at the Royal Oak pub, on Lauier (be 
warned: there is more than one Royal Oak in Ottawa, but only one near 
the University of Ottawa and on Laurier).  The registration packs 
will be available from 4pm and until 8pm.  We urge you to drop by, 
pick your pack, and have something to eat and drink.

You can also pick up your registration packs in the SITE building, 
from 8:30.  But you will need to line up, and wait.  The pub is the 
place to go.
